Just call me 55052 because that's what I am to this site

I don't know why, but whenever I access chat (from day one), I get assigned the number 55052 as my NAME, NOT MY RGISTERED NAME. I hope you can imagine how frustrating it is to know that people cannot EVER tell when I am online in Chat. Why is the sytem not using my nickname as it should so I could be easily identified? If it has something to do with verification, then please understamd that I have been waiting for 10 days at least to be verified. I have submitted an email about this, but none of my emails have been answered. Very frustrated right now.

we have fixed this issue for you your display named needed to be changed
we changed it to AandBaHarcoreFunCouple
