She and her husband had been married about 4 years, and the entire time he had beating her mercilessly.The day she left him, he nearly killed her in front of our ..., and as the light was fadeing behind her eyes, she thought, 'whats going to happen to her ... when she dead and his daddys in jail'. Thats when she knew it was time to get out. She moved across the country into a domestic ... shelter. She had no family, and the isolation her husband forced her into ment she had no friends or support system. The recessition was in full swing, and the only job she was able to find was at a diner. State funded day-care only payed for 6 hours a day, and it was just impossible.
Her time at the shelter ran out, and she was homeless with a baby. They were staying in a motel, barely able to make the money to keep it up everyday. At some point she just broke. Untill that point, she never would have imagined she was capeable of what she was about to do.
And then she met this girl...What can she say?
She not proud of what she do, but she is not ashamed either. See she had to survive out here, thats just the way it is. This is not who she is, it's what she do. And anyone who say's they would never do what she do, they've never had to look at their ... go hungry.
