Its a cold dreay day here in the midwest and I feel like a I need a good workout to create some heat. I took the day off and Aron is coming over this morning to help. The bitch has to work today so he won't be able to see it live (awe poor thing). In any case its been a crazy week. I will be posting my broadcast hours for next week later tommorow.
