Quick question

I have a quick question...okay, maybe it's not so quick, but I want to throw it out there anyway.  But first, a little back story...
Well, when I was younger and I got the first hairs down there, I didn't like it.  I started by just pulling them out with tweezers.  But as there were more, I started shaving.  I like to keep it as smooth as possible.  It's just my personal opinion, but I don't like the feel of hair down there.  Even one time when I let it grow out for a guy, it didn't get very long, and it drove me nuts.  As far as shaving is concerned, I tend to it on average every other day.  Sometimes more often, sometimes a little less often, but it never gets to grow at all.  I like to use baby oil after shaving, I think it helps.  I also think it doesn't grow as fast, and also fewer than in the past, but who knows.  A few times I've even thought about getting the laser hair removal, but at the same time, maybe someday I won't like the smooth (although I don't see myself ever wanting hair down there).
Anyway, I guess my question is, does anybody know of any good ways to remove the hair, make it nice and smooth, but have it last longer than shaving?  I know regular Nair burns like crazy if used down there, but do they have a different product now that is developed for that?  I also thought about waxing, but do they actually get in and get all the hairs out down there, or do they tend to stay out of the labia area?  Also, with waxing, how long does it last, and does anybody have a recommendation for how long I should do it before my first BBC encounter?
Okay, so it was more than one question, and some had multiple parts, but I am just curious about other methods besides the good 'ol shaving.
Oh, another question....do you think it would be bad of me to see if the guy would shave down there?  I find shaved guys hot, and I think it is better, because there isn't any hair to get in the way while going down on him, and it seems like there isn't anything to stop the skin on skin slapping sounds. Smile
Anyway, thanks for any and all comments, answers, or tips.
