Psychologists and medical doctors regard most of the sexual orientations popularly called fetishism as normal variations of human sexuality. They consider them unobjectionable as long as all involved persons feel comfortable. Most of the material on fetishism is in reference to heterosexual men, with most of the objects fetishized being high-femme items such as lingerie, hosiery, and heels. Until recently there was little mention of women ever having fetishes.
The preferences of women fetishists are not necessarily a mirror image of those of male fetishists; just because many men are attracted to women in high heels does not necessarily mean there are many women attracted to men in construction boots. Many people embrace their fetishes rather than seek treatment to attempt to be rid of them. Body parts may also be the subject of sexual fetishes (also known as partialism) in which the body part preferred by the fetishist takes a sexual precedence over the owner. Sexual fetishism may be regarded as a disorder of sexual preference, or as an enhancing element.
People have asked me whom I am attracted. I'm attracted to the same kind of people as any other bisexual person (men and women that are roughly my age.) For me, of course, there is an extra requirement for men–Arms.
Weird as it may sound to some, there are some advantages to this. First, I can get horny just by looking at someone in a muscle shirt. Secondly, arms are not something that is required to be covered, like breasts or genitals, so I can feast my eyes on them quite readily…
I love men’s arms. Not the whole arm. Just the part between the shoulder and the elbow. The size, the contour, the feel of it. Doesn’t have to be all muscular. Just has to have meat on it. I hate skinny arms on men…a turn off. It must be big and have some definition. This fetish enhances sex for me.
