BECOMING A MILK COW

<dt title="post-head"></dt><dd title="post-body ">

Whether you want to breast feed a sub, have a treat for your dom when he sucks, want to experience getting on your knees to be hand milked or just like the feeling of a pair of tight breasts heavy with milk filling your bra and leaking a pair of wet spots into it. You have a pair torpedoes or fried eggs for breasts and still produce pints of milk every day.

 Induced Lactation
It is not necessary to have been pregnant in order to produce milk. During pregnancy your body produces increasing amounts of progesterone as well as estrogen from the placenta and prolactin from the pituitary. These hormones ready your breasts to produce milk. Once birth occurs, progesterone and estrogen levels drop and prolactin levels increase resulting in lactation. The procedure outlined here will mimic what happens during and after pregnancy.

Once you start lactating it works on a “supply and demand” basis under the control of whoever is milking you or your control if you use a pump. The more often and more efficiently you are milked the more milk you will make. When your breasts are milked or pumped, a signal is sent to your brain from your breasts causesing a release of oxytocin initiating the milk ejection (let down<MER>) reflex causing milk to flow. The release of oxytocin coupled with the milking your breasts, makes them produce more milk. This is why the use of a double electric breast pump during the procedure works best. Stimulation by the double pump further increases prolactin and oxytocin levels, thus increasing milk supply.

Induced Lactation Procedure

This procedure is designed to prepare your breasts for lactation, just as it occurs during pregnancy. The old advice suggested to women wanting to lactate was to pump and stimulate the breasts or do nothing and let whoever milks you do all the work. The option of milking alone requires a lot of work pumping and stimulating the breasts many times a day for months.

You may prefer being milked and waiting to see what happens, not using any procedure or any medication. This is a legitimate option but will not be likely produce much milk.

There is more pleasure in giving milk than just making milk, if it is possible to make milk for someone why not do it?
Get used to the idea of using birth control pills to start lactation even though you have been told birth control pills are bad for your milk. Remember you are not lactating or feeding any one yet and once you are lactating you can stop using birth control pills. The use of birth control pills and domperidone enables you to make 3 of the 4 necessary hormones produced during pregnancy and induce lactation. The forth is human placental lactogen which is only available with a pregnancy. You can start the pill at any time in your cycle because you are taking it for your breasts not your uterus. In fact, you do not even need to have a uterus or ovaries at to induce lactation. Understand the birth control pills are not for contraception, it’s for your breasts.
a) Women taking birth control pills experience breast enlargement do not lactation. They can be on birth control pills for years but nothing happens after an initial increase in breast size.
b) Women taking domperidone for upper GI dysfunction lactate as a side effect, depending on the dose.
c) Combining the birth control pills with domperidone speeds up lactation. Birth control pills stimulate breast changes and domperidone acts like (prolactin) to trigger milk production.
d) Add a breast pump or someone milking you and the result is lots of milk.
e) Add herbs, oatmeal and water and we have the recipe for an huge milk supply.

You need to use a monophasic large dose birth control pill non-stop, only active pills, no sugar pills together with either:

1) Domperidone: How it works and how it compares to Reglan
Several medications have as a side effect, milk production. Digitalis, chlorpromazine and other major tranquilizers are just a few of them. It is not necessary to have been pregnant in order to produce milk.
Domperidone is an anti-emetic or anti-nausea ... prescribed to people with upper gastrointestinal problems. Domperidone is not a hormone but it has a side effect that results in an increase in prolactin levels. It was discovered that when some women would take the ... prolactin levels would increase often causing lactation.

Or

2) Reglan (Metoclopramide). However it is not recommended for long-term use in lactating women. It crosses the ...-brain barrier, can cause neurological problems and depression. Domperidone is not known to cross the ... brain barrier in significant amounts and is used to treat chronic conditions that require it’s long-term use. It is not known to cause depression.
Since domperidone does not cross the ... brain barrier it is much safer. Right now domperidone is not widely available in the US except at a few compounding pharmacies but domperidone has been approved for use in breastfeeding mothers by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
