videos quality

Anyone have any idea why the videos I play only show in a quarter of the box, but when I view as a visitor they show as normal in the box. A help would be appreciated. Thanks

thats a bug in the system...the script we are using has a old flash player which is causing this we have to either upgrade or buy a new one to fix this......One of these options will take place soon and this problem will be fixed..I will keep u updated
