OK More picture problems

First was the vid problem...can't post videos...

Now when I try to post a pic...this is what I get:

Sorry, the size of the file you've uploaded (78849 bytes) exceeds maximal size limit (0 bytes)

Is it me? What goes on here? Am I allowed to add vids and photos?
